Weddings can be very costly and making your own centerpieces can help keep tabs on the cost and provide a beautiful centerpiece for your perfect day. Take your vase and fill about half full with colored stones. You may wish to use one of you wedding colors for the stones and the other for the flowers for example blue stones with an ivory flower is very beautiful. Take your wire snips and cut through the flowers so that you have a single stem with the flower on it and then trim that down to the height you want it to be. Place your flower in the center in the vase and make sure that there are enough stones in it to hole the flower upright.
