With three ingredients you can make an amazing vegetable broth to be used right away, frozen or it can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks. Ingredients: Water 3 onions 5 celery stalks 5 full size carrots or a bag of small carrots 1 T. salt Things you will need: Large pot Large spoon Slotted spoon Sieve or strainer Cheesecloth Put enough water to fill half the pot. Place on stove with medium heat. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Chop onions, celery and carrots and add to boiling water. Bring back to a boil and lower the flame to low to have a slow simmer. Simmer for 1 hour. With a slotted spoon remove vegetables. Pour entire pot through sieve or strainer. Then pour through cheesecloth to remove the small particles that may have slipped through the siev
