Follow these easy directions and you’ll have a delicious pasta recipe and Italian meal for your family! Begin by cooking 1 pound of ziti (one box) according to the package directions. DO NOT OVER COOK! Drain ziti and set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine 2 pounds of ricotta cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, ground pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley flakes, 2 beaten eggs, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Mix well. Stir in 1 cup of tomato sauce. Your bakes ziti is almost done! Line the bottome of a large baking dish with some of the spaghetti sauce. Place half of the cooked ziti in teh pan. Layer half of the cheese mixture on top of the ziti. Pour more of teh Ragu on top of the cheese. Repeat layers. Top with the remaining parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
