One of the operations Expression will let you do is create a custom scrollbar. The scrollbar, which is at the side of every Web page, allows users to scroll up and down a website. Open Microsoft Expression. Go to “File” and then “Open From Template.” Open the “Scrollbar” template. This will give you a complete scrollbar template that you will be able to customize. Open the “Parts Panel” by going to “Window” and then “Parts.” This will show you all of the parts of the scrollbar (the bar itself, the buttons and the piece that moves up and down).
