You can make a scrapbook paper wreath using inexpensive craft supplies and a wire wreath frame. Choose the papers you want to use for your scrapbook paper wreath. Papers with images on them–such as butterflies or flowers–work best, but you can cut your own shapes from a plain piece of patterned scrapbook paper. Cut out the images or shapes you will use for your scrapbook paper wreath. All of the paper cut-outs should be similar in size.
