Use this craft to teach your child the history of the famous Faberge eggs. The original Faberge eggs were decorated with precious metals such as gold, silver, and jewels. Keep this in mind when getting ready to decorate your egg. You also want to encourage your child to use their imagination and become creative to make their own version of the Faberge egg. Push a pin or sewing needle through both the top and bottom of a raw egg. Carefully blow the contents of the egg in to the small bowl. Just hold the egg steady over the bowl and blow from one end. Be careful not to crack the egg. Paint the egg using your paintbrush and being careful not to break the egg. Allow the paint to dry. Decorate the egg with the gems, beads, stick-ons and sequins.
