How Do You Make A Runescape Police Force?
• Create more than one account. Finish “Unstable Foundations” (the tutorial), “The Blood Pact”, “Sheep Shearer”, “Cook’s Assistant”, and other quests. • Make sure each account has the other ones on its buddy list. This will be important if you want to run multiple computers and make your force look big. • One of the accounts must be the Chief of Police. The others should be Senior Officers. • Get some friends to join your force. Make sure you and your friends get on RS around the same time every day you play. • Train your accounts to Combat Level 10 or more. Make sure they are well rounded. • Station them in popular places. Lumbridge is good for criminals pestering noobs, but Varrock and Falador work too. • If somebody breaks a rule, report them. Announce you’ve reported them, and follow them. • Keep officers stationed around the town, ready to catch a rule-breaker. • PM each other. Center your responses around rules.
