How Do You Make A Round Comforter?
Although a round comforter is a very rare decor item, there’s no reason not to make a round comforter in almost the same way that you would make any other comforter. The resulting throw makes a great lap blanket, kid’s item, accessory for a papasan chair, or conversation piece. Really, cutting out the circle is the only tricky part of the process. Tape several sheets of paper together until you get a piece bigger than the round comforter you want to make. Measure a piece of yarn or thread as wide as you want to make your comforter, and then cut it in half. Tie one end of this half-length string to a pencil. Hold (or have a friend hold) the other end of the string down on the paper, near the center. Without moving that end, pull the string out to its full length and use the pencil to draw a circle.
