How Do You Make A Rice And Pork Chop Dish?

0

Tired of the same old bland pork chops? Here is a simple dish that can be made by everyone. It’s tasty, filling, and fairly cheap! Preheat the oven to 325. Take your boneless pork chops and sprinkle salt and garlic powder over them giving it the right amount of flavor you would prefer. Fry the pork chops over medium heat until fully cooked. Check with a meat thermometer. They should be around 170 degrees when done. Meanwhile, cook your rice over the stove. Whether or not you use instant or regular rice doesn’t matter. Take a 9×13 casserole dish and fill it with a bottom layer of rice. Add half the can of stewed tomatoes and diced tomatoes giving it an even covering. Place the cooked pork chops on top of the rice and tomatoes. Cover the pork chops with another layer of rice. Add the rest of the tomatoes to evenly cover the top layer of rice. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
