How Do You Make A Relaxing Aromatherapy Massage Oil?

0

Relaxing aromatherapy massage oil can easily be made in the home with just a few simple ingredients. Keep a bottle next to your bed for those days when life and work have made you or your partner feel stressed. In a small clean bottle, measure out the amount of oil you wish to use. You may want to start with one ounce (6 teaspoons). You can use any type of vegetable oil. Remember some oils are stronger smelling than others. Add Aromatherapy grade essential oils, five drops per teaspoon of base oil. For your one ounce relaxing massage oil you would use 30 drops. You can use one or any combination of essential oils. Relaxing aromatherapy essential oils are Lavender, Rose, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Chamomile, Neroli, Jasmine, Sandalwood, Mandarin and Lemon. Close lid tightly and gently rock back and forth to blend. To use, pour one enough into cupped palm of hand so that it does not spill through fingers.
