How Do You Make A Quick White Sauce For Noodles (Pasta)?

Kids seem to love noodles. Mine used to ask for them all the time, but for me they were too bland and boring with butter, milk, salt and pepper. The typical white sauce didn’t cut it either, so I started experimenting with a few things and came up with this recipe. My kids, now grown, still ask me to make them noodles. Maybe with a recipe of sorts, they can make it for themselves. Ha! Place all ingredients except milk in a small bowl and mix well. Then add milk and mix good. It will probably be a little lumpy, but that is fine. Any lumps will melt when heated. Prepare noodles according to directions on the package. Stir desired amount of the sauce into cooked noodles of any type, shells, bowties, spirals, egg noodles, linguine, etc. Heat and serve. Enjoy! Add salt and pepper if needed. Other seasonings to consider are things like onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes or italion seasoning. Gee, adding a little cayenne pepper might not hurt either, if that is what you like.
