Take the two slips (make sure the slips are longer, for a dress) and cut a zigzag, tinkerbell-style cut on each dress bottom. Layer the two when you put them on for a fantasy, layered look. This works well when the colors are complementary, such as a pink slip under a green. Take your scarves and, either in pieces (also cut in the zigzag fashion) or whole, sew them around the waist on your slip, to create a tutu effect. Take the fake flowers and sew or glue them to where the thread is visible from sewing on the layers. You can add ribbon if desired. On the torso of the dress, take fabric glue and create swirly designs. Sprinkle glitter as you go. This will make the top look just as whimsical as the bottom.
