How Do You Make A Quick Evil Fairy Costume?
If you want to be an evil fairy for Halloween but don’t have a lot of time or money for your costume, keep reading! You will have a great evil fairy costume just in time for the Halloween ball. Find a black dress that you don’t mind cutting up. Spaghetti straps work best for this. You can also use 2 black slips and layer them on top of one another. Grab your scissors and cut the bottom of the dress/slips in a zig zag, Tinkerbell fashion. If you are using the slips, cut them separately so that there is a nice layering effect when you combine them. Sew on whole scarves or cut up the scarves along the bottom of the dress, creating a tutu effect. Or if you want to keep the Tinkerbell effect, you can skip this step. Use your fabric glue and glitter to create swirly designs on the top of the dress. You can get as creative as you want with this step. Make sure you give it ample time to dry–at least overnight. Buy cheap costume wings instead of spending $50 or more for more intricate wings. D
