My Aunt used to make a yummy dish that she called “More”. This noodley, meaty, hint of sweet corn, tex-mex dish is called “More” because everyone who gets some of it wants MORE! It is not expensive to make and is so easy you cannot go wrong. Read on to find out how to bring this good dinner to your table this week. Brown your lean ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat, mix in packet of taco seasoning of your choice. Fill the empty taco seasoning packet with water and pour this into your skillet with the meat. Add the can of Rotel tomatoes. Simmer the meat mixture while you boil your noodles according to package directions and microwave your frozen corn for 5 minutes. When noodles and corn are done, drain noodles, drain corn, and add them to your meat mixture. Stir and heat through. You can serve it at this stage, or you can put it into a greased casserole dish, top it with cheddar cheese or mozzerella and bake it at 350 for 30 minutes or until your cheese is bubbly and lightly brow
