How Do You Make A Quick And Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole?
This is quick, easy and inexpensive to make. Plus you can add in whatever you want to it such as broccoli. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a casserole dish put 1 1/2 cups of desired rice on the bottom. Cut up your fryer chicken, or use defrosted pieces of chicken breast. (Make sure you defrost your chicken if frozen the proper way to avoid bacteria). Whatever you prefer, it really doesn’t matter. Place chicken pieces on top of the rice. Mix together 1 pkg of Lipton dry onion soup mix, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Pour over top of Chicken and rice. You may add in Broccoli or any other vegetable you can think of to bake with it. Use your imagination. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
