Creating a quarter-fold birthday invitation card can be frustrating and time consuming, unless you know how to take advantage of Microsoft templates. If you search the Internet, you may come across a few quarter-fold invitation templates for Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, but neither program is especially easy to use. The easiest and most effective quarter-fold invitation templates are found within Microsoft Publisher. Microsoft Publisher is found within the Microsoft Office suite of software. Open the Microsoft Publisher. The startup screen will show you a list of available formats. Select “invitation cards” from the list of formats. Within the invitation card format will be a list of pre-loaded categories for various templates.
