Repeat this with the other two 3-inch pipes and 3-way connectors. Step 2 Turn the pipes flat on the table so the empty holes in the 3-way connectors are sideways and facing each other. Slide one 6-inch PVC pipe into each of the open connectors. Apply PVC cement around the connectors. This needs to look like an “H” with a hole in the middle.
