Create a sturdy, maintenance-free fence made from PVC pipe. PVC pipe fencing can be used outdoors around a garden, yard or walkway. It can also be used indoors to organize lines at carnivals or other large gatherings. PVC pipe is an extremely inexpensive material that can be purchased at nearly any hardware store. Fencing made from PVC pipe is convenient and portable, as it can be quickly taken apart and put back together. Place an elbow connector on the top of a 3-foot section of pipe. Place a T connector on the bottom of the pipe. The elbow connector and middle opening of the T connector should face the same direction. If the fence is going to be used indoors, place a 3-inch section of pipe in the bottom of the T connector and place a cap on the end of the pipe section. If the fence is going to be used outdoors, place a 12-inch section of pipe in the bottom of the T connector and insert this downward section into a hole in the ground.
