A PVC banner frame is a basic stand that allows banners to stand alone. The banner frame is made to fit any banner. Reuse the frame over and over again. It takes less than one hour to make the PVC banner frame and it lasts for years. Step 1 Measure the banner. Add 1/2 inch to each dimension of the banner. This leaves space to attach the banner to the frame. Step 2 Cut the PVC pipe to the banner’s dimensions. Cut two extra pipes 2-feet long. Cut eight 1-foot pipes. Step 3 Put 4 “T” connectors in the center of four 1-foot pipes. The empty connector needs to face the side of the pipe. Step 4 Slide a 1-foot pipe into each empty connector. Connect 2 of the poles with a “T” connector. Repeat for the remaining poles. The “T” connector needs to face upwards.
