How Do You Make A Propeller For A Toy Boat?

0

Making a propeller for a toy boat is easy enough, depending on the material your toy boat is made of. If you have a wooden or cardboard toy boat, then you can make a propeller using a rubber band and a piece of the boat itself. This type of toy boat may not be very sophisticated, but you’ll still get a lot of enjoyment out of it. Cut out a rectangular piece from the back end of your wooden or cardboard toy boat. Leave at least 1-inch worth of boat on either side of the cut-out. Cut ΒΌ inch off of each side of the rectangular cut-out so that there is a gap between it and where it was cut away. Wrap a rubber band around the back of the toy boat so that it crosses halfway down the gap on the back of the boat. Slip the cut-out through the rubber band and twist it until the rubber band is taut and you can’t twist it anymore. This is the propeller for your toy boat. Now when you put the boat on the water and release the propeller, it will move through the water.
