If you want to dress up a poster or you have found a nice print you would like to frame, you can make that ordinary-looking poster look like a beautiful vintage painting with a few steps. Don’t just throw your poster on the wall with a tack, dress it up, frame it and hang your poster in style. The following will show you two ways to make a poster look like a painting. Crumple up the poster and then smooth it back out onto a flat surface big enough to fit the entire poster. This works best with smaller prints. Combine one part Mod Podge, which is an all-in-one sealer glue that comes in gloss or matte finish that can be purchased at crafts stores or online, to three parts brown acrylic paint into a disposable container or one that you can store the mixture in with a tight fitting lid.
