How Do You Make A Polish Sausage, Potato, And Cabbage Dinner?

0

I was preparing to fix my usual Polish sausage and cabbage dinner, when my husband suggested that I add potatoes and onions to the dish. So that’s how my recipe for a Polish sausage, potato, and cabbage dinner came about. This is a complete meal in one pan. I have, on occasion, added a chopped apple or two. I hope you will enjoy this dinner. Gather the ingredients to make a Polish Sausage, Potato, and Cabbage Dinner: 1 pkg. Polish Sausage (l lb. size) 1 onion, large size, chopped 4 potatoes, medium size, diced 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded 1 tsp. celery seed salt and pepper to taste apple(s), chopped (optional) Cut Polish sausage crosswise, making 1/4 inch thick slices. Place in the pan. Peel and chop the onion; add to the sausage in the pan. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into 1/2 – 3/4 inch size cubes. Add to the sausage and onions already in the pan. Cover and cook approximately 30 minutes on low heat or until the potatoes are almost done. Add a little water, when need
