Step 1 Measure the concrete pipe to the height that you desire for the garden using the tape measure and white chalk. Use the chalk and make a continuous line around the pipe. You will follow this line when cutting with the saw. Step 2 Replace the regular wood saw blade in the circular saw with the masonry saw blade.
