You need 3 balloons that are 36 inches long, 4 balloons that are 16 inches long and 4 balloons that are 10 inches long. Make the frame. Make 2 rectangles by connecting 2 16-inch balloons and 2 10-inch balloons. Stack the rectangles on top of each other. Make the arch of your treasure chest.
