How Do You Make A Pin From A Small Cross Stitch Design?
• Begin by stitching a small Cross Stitch motif such as this Striped Heart on 10 or 14-count plastic canvas. • Cut away the excess canvas, leaving only the design. • Use spray adhesive or glue to attach felt to the back of the design, or leave it as is. • Attach a pin back to the design. Find adhesive pin backs in the jewelry-making section of your local craft store, or use “invisible” nylon quilting thread to sew the pin back to the motif (shown in the second image).
