Powerpoint is a very user-friendly system. Just follow these steps and people will think you are a presentation guru. Step 1 Open a blank presentation in Powerpoint. Click on INSERT on the toolbar. Select Microsoft Graph. A datasheet and a graph will appear. Enter the information onto the datasheet. Step 2 Right click on the graph and select CHART TYPE. Select pie chart (2-D or 3-D).
