Powerpoint is a very user-friendly system. Just follow these steps and people will think you are a presentation guru. Step 1 Open a blank presentation in Powerpoint. Click on INSERT on the toolbar. Select Microsoft Graph. A datasheet and a graph will appear. Enter the information onto the datasheet. Step 2 Right click on the graph and select CHART TYPE. Select pie chart (2-D or 3-D). Feel free to change any options – for example, adding a title or adding a key. You can also change the colors on the pie slices. Make sure to save your presentation. Step 3 To make changes to the data or the graph, click once on the graph, then right click and select OPEN CHART.
