These are often made of thick gold plate and contain diamonds, so they are too pretty and valuable to just throw away. Put the watch to new use by using it to make this lovely photo necklace. Gather all you tools together and have them close at hand. You might want to work on a towel or cloth to keep any small parts from bouncing away and getting lost. Remove any band that may be attached to the watch. Watches with loop shaped lugs (the area where the band attaches) will work best for this project. Simply bend the loop links and remove. For locked down loops, loosen clamps with the jewelers screwdriver releasing the loops. Swing them open and remove. For cord bands, simply cut them off. Choose the photo you want to use.
