Read on to learn how to make a pen bow and arrow. Remove the tip and ink shaft of a hollow pen using a pair of pliers if necessary. Remove the end cap as well, so that you are left with a hollow tube. Drill a hole in the center of the pen shaft large enough to fit another pen shaft inside. The hole should be drilled through both sides of the pen. Make two cuts on each end of the pen shaft using a hacksaw. The cuts should be just deep enough to snuggly hold a rubber band.
