How Do You Make A Papier-Mache Jewelry Box?
With a purchased papier-mache box, wrapping paper and decoupage techniques you can make a distinctive jewelry box craft. Add knobs to the inside of the box to keep necklaces from tangling, and use a wooden knob on the lid to make it easy to open the box. The project, adapted from one on the MakePlayDough website, uses materials commonly found at craft and hardware stores. Step 1 Tear small strips (approximately 1 inch by 2 inch) of various designs of wrapping paper. Be creative with your wrapping paper choices.
