A great paper mache craft to make during the Halloween season is a black cat. It isn’t hard to do. Once kids learn how to make this black cat, they can also change the steps around to create just about any animal of their choice. Step 1 Blow up a balloon and set it aside. Step 2 Get out a large bowl and pour in 1 cup of flour and 2 cups of water. Mix the ingredients together thoroughly. Step 3 Cut up newspapers in to strips. They should be about 1 1/2-inches wide and about 8-inches long. You will need a lot of them so cut a few papers up. Step 4 Dip the newspaper strips one at a time in to the bowl.
