Anyone can make a paper airplane, but it takes real ingenuity to make a paper helicopter that flies. Follow these simple directions and let your imagination soar. Step 1 Cut out a strip of paper measuring 10 inches by 1 1/2 inches. Step 2 Measure 5 1/4 inches from the bottom of the strip of paper, and draw a line that spans the width of the paper. Step 3 Measure 3/4 inch above this line and draw another line parallel to the first. Step 4 Find the center of the second line, which is 3/4 inch, and make a mark. Step 5 Draw a perpendicular line from the center mark all the way up to the edge of the paper.
