You will learn how to make a 2 colored folder that you can decorate. • Get 6 pieces of construction paper. I am using regular paper, for best results use consturction paper. • Staple two pieces together, leaving the top unstapled. This will be the folder part. Stapled, except for the top! • Repeat step #2 with the other two pieces of paper. • Fold one piece of construction paper hamburger style. Folded hamburger style! • Staple the shorter sides together, leaving the top (longest edge) unstapled. This will be the pocket in the folder. All stapled up! • Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the other piece of construction paper. • Staple in the “pockets” to both “folders”. Make sure the “pockets” openings are facing up. Pockets stapled to folder! (Folder already is stapled together, but add the pockets before) • Staple the separate “folders” together on one edge, so it will flip open. Make sure the “pockets” are inside. Decorate your folder! You now have an awesome homemade folder, that’s unique! F
