Believe it or not, you can make a pretty strong chain out of something you use every day: paper. It might not function as well as a real chain, but it’ll look interesting, and it makes a great origami project. • Get a piece of notebook paper or some other paper that size. Fold it in half “hot dog” style (parallel to the length of the paper). • Split the paper along the crease. There are several ways to do this.
