How Do You Make A Paper Airplane Have Hang Time?

To increase hang time, you need to engineer the plane differently than the usual paper airplane. This construction is different than the usual. Make sure you have a clean, firm surface and pay attention to every step. Along one of the short sides of the paper, measure two inches in from the corners and mark. Along both of the long sides of the paper, measure and mark one half of an inch from the edge in the opposite corners of your short side marks. Use the ruler to draw a line from the two inch marks on the short side, outward to the half-inch mark and fold the two corners inward, along those lines.
