Do you like pancakes? Do you like cake? Have you ever tried a pancake cake? • Buy a pancake mix from any bigger supermarket. Pour about 2 cups of pancake mix in a bowl about any size but big enough to fit a lot of pancake batter. Crack 1 egg into the bowl and mix until lumps go away. • Put a pan on low to met butter. When the pancake starts to look less watery, flip it with a spatula. When it looks ready to eat take it out of the pan and into a plate. Pour the mixture into the pan and set it to medium. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, as much maple syrup as you like and melted marshmallows. Optional: Whipped cream.
