How Do You Make A Nutritious Left-Over Steak Salad?

0

Do you have left-over steak, but you don’t feel like eating it again? Why not make a steak salad that is good for your body, and maintain your weight goal? Here is a way to make a nutritious meal out of your left-over steak! Take out your left-over grilled steak, thinly slice it against the grain. Put it in a bowl and set aside. Wash your red, green, and orange peppers, celery stalks, and cilantro or mints. Julienne your red pepper, green pepper, orange pepper, and celery stalks. In a large bowl, mix up your celery, red, green, and orange peppers with your thinly sliced steak pieces. Give them a stir! Use your favorite salad dressing. I use Wishbone Italian Robusto, and sometimes Sun Dried Tomatoes dressing in my salad. Sprinkle cilantro or mints on top. This salad is great for lunch, and complete as a nutritious meal. It is light and also helps keep your perfect body in shape!
