You have an over-sized T-shirt and you don’t know what to do with it. Never fear. It is easy to turn that jumbo, dress-like monstrosity into a cute halter top in an hour. And the best part is you never need to touch a needle and thread or a sewing machine, so it’s a great project no matter what your skill level. Lay out the T-shirt and cut from just under the sleeves to about 2 inches away from the collar on either side. Put on the shirt and mark the length you desire. Then pull it to the fit you want and mark the sides at the width that’s comfortable for you. Cut off the excess from the bottom and set it aside for later use.
