How Do You Make A No Ice Fruit Smoothie?

0

I have a simple smoothie recipe, that is good to drink, nutritious, and involves no ice, to make it watery. Chop a banana and cover the pieces in some wax paper. Put the pieces in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes, depending on freezers. Put your plain yogurt in the freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes. The yogurt should be firm, lightly frozen, but not frozen to the point of becoming a block of ice. In your blender, add the frozen pieces of bananas, the cup of yogurt, a handful of your mixed berries (About a cup worth), and about 4 to 6 ounces of cold skim milk (Depending on how thick or thin you want your smoothie to be) Based on thickness, in case your smoothie seems to be too thick, add a little bit more of milk to make your smoothie to your preferred thickness. After your smoothie is blended, pour into 2 to 3 8oz. cups.
