Either purchase a brand new one or wash a used one thoroughly. Step 2 Add the 1 ounce of distilled water and 1 ounce of vodka to the spray bottle. If you prefer not to use vodka, you may use 2 ounces of distilled water instead. This will, however, cause the spray to dry slower. Step 3 Add the 25 drops of jasmine essential oil to the bottle.
