This is a delicious chocolate dessert that isn’t too hard to make. I make this every year for my parents’ anniversary and everybody loves it. This dessert doesn’t have to be made with so much sugar. They make reduced sugar cake mixes and the whipped topping and the pudding can be bought without any sugar at all. You can also get these things fat free. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the box, but remember that the jelly roll isn’t as thick as a regular cake pan so you have to shorten the cooking time to 18 minutes. Also, make sure that you grease the pan before baking. When the cake is done remove from the oven and let cool in pan. It has to be completely cool before you can use it. When it is completely cool, cube it and set aside. While cake is cooling prepare the pudding as it is directed on the package. Allow pudding to sit in the refrigerator to set up. You will know that it is set up because it will jiggle and not be soupy when you stick a spoon in it. While the pudding is set
