Many balloon shapes are easy to create with minimal effort. One of the most popular simple designs is the model sword, which can provide hours of entertainment after only three or four basic knots. Inflate your 260 balloon to almost full size, leaving only around four inches at the end of the balloon uninflated. Take a moment to stretch out the inflated balloon. From the knotted end of the balloon, measure out six inches. Fold the balloon at this length, and count two inches from the knot back toward the fold. At the two-inch point, squeeze the folded-over section of the balloon against the main section. While squeezing firmly, twist the two sections of balloon around one another, winding them multiple times so that they stay twisted when left to sit free.
