If the fair is a long way away and you are craving an elephant ear, here is an easy way to satisfy your craving… Heat enough vegetable oil in frying pan on medium high to cover the tortilla. Cook on both sides until golden brown. This should take about a minute per side. Place cooked tortilla on paper towel lined plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar Enjoy!
