• Bake a rectangular gingerbread cake. • Cut 3/4 of the gingerbread cake into 3-inch squares. • Frost them. These are your houses. • Slice the left over rectangular strip into flat squares. Use icing to connect them at the top like a triangle with no bottom. If that doesn’t work, connect them with part of a tooth pick. • Attach the bottomless triangles to the tops of the houses to make the roofs. • Frost the roof. No you should have an empty space in the middle. Use candies of your choice to fill the space. Have fun decorating the rest of your house!
