How Do You Make A Mexican Velveeta Cheese Dip?

Nothing tastes better on a cold day then a warm Velveeta cheese dip. It’s simple and tasty and all you need are tortilla chips for dipping! You’ll want to make this again and again. Brown 1lb of ground chuck in a medium saucepan until thoroughly cooked. Place meat in the Crock-Pot and set Crock-Pot temperature to high. Cut up cube sized chunks of Mexican Velveeta cheese and add to the hamburger in the Crock-Pot. Mix up with mixing spoon. Pour salsa into mixture in the Crock-Pot and stir. Add black olives and mix with contents in the Crock-Pot. Cook Velveeta cheese dip for a half and hour, stirring occasionally to be sure cheese is completely melted. Turn Crock-Pot temperature to low to keep warm when mixture is done. Spoon cooked Velveeta cheese dip into a small bowl and garnish with tortilla chips for dipping. I recommended Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips. Enjoy!
