Taheebo, scientific name Tabebuia impetiginosa has a lot of medicinal properties. Preparation of a decoction: Douse 15-20g of dried and cut inner bark bark with 500ml boiling water, gently simmer for 20 mins, thereafter sieve. Dosage: 3 X 1/2-1 cup a day.
