How Do You Make A Low Fat Lemon Chiffon Pie?
This lemon chiffon pie might be low in fat but it’s high in taste! It’s a family favorite we’ve made many times. It never lasts long in our house. We’ve also taken it to family gatherings where it’s been a popular choice for dessert. This is one of the easiest recipes ever. The only time involved is mixing the ingredients and pouring them into the premade pie crust. How easy is that! This recipe makes 8 servings @ approximately 457 calories per serving. The type of pie crust you use will affect the calorie content. In a large bowl, combine and mix well the non-fat condensed milk, non-fat sour cream, lemonade mix, lemon juice and optional food coloring. We don’t normally use a mixer. We just mix well with a spoon. Fold the whipped topping into the mixture until combined well. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours (or overnight).
