How Do You Make A Low Fat Cheesecake?
Cheesecake lovers, rejoice! This cheesecake has half the fat of a traditional New York style cake and tastes just like the real thing. Step 1 Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. Step 2 Combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine. Spray the inside of a spring form pan with nonstick spray and press the crumbs into the bottom. Step 3 Mix together the light cream cheese, nonfat cream cheese and sugar. Blend until smooth. Step 4 Add eggs and yogurt to the cream cheese mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Step 5 Pour the cream cheese mixture into your graham cracker crust. Step 6 Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Step 7 Remove the cake from the oven. Chill for 2 hours before removing the rim of the pan. Step 8 Serve the low fat cheesecake topped with your favorite fresh fruit.
