How Do You Make A Long Beach Iced Tea?
The Long Beach Iced Tea is very similar to the Long Island Iced Tea but with a few changes. It is a very strong drink and very tasty. Here is an easy to follow recipe for this West Coast favorite, the Long Beach Iced Tea. First start by filling a tall glass with ice. Next start by adding one half ounce of gin (preferably a premium gin) to the cocktail shaker. Then add one half ounce of vodka (preferably Absolut or other premium vodka) to the cocktail shaker. Now add one half ounce of light rum (Bacardi is a great choice) to the cocktail shaker. Next add one half ounce of tequila (any premium brand, Cuervo will always work) to the drink. Now that we have all of these strong liquors in our drink, add one half ounce of Triple Sec (our sweeter tasting liqueur) to the cocktail shaker. Next add an ounce or so of Sour mix and a splash of Cranberry juice to the shaker. Then cover the shaker and shake it vigorously to mix all of the ingredients together.
