You can also restock it when the little ones steal the lollipops. This is a great project to sit on the front desk of a business or on your personal desk to wish all your customers and clients a Merry Christmas. Select a 10-by-14 inch frame and take it apart. You will not need the glass part of the frame. Cut a piece of white felt to cover the back part of the frame and staple it to the frame. Put it back into the frame and mark a line where the frame covers. Take it back out of the frame. Measure to find the exact center and glue on your small gold star.
