No one is perfect and holds everything you desire in that person. No one, yet it is an esteem able act to know what kind of person you want to bring fourth into your life. 1. Think of all the men you know love and like and all the things that you value about them. Put these values and qualities onto your list. 2. Now put down qualities you would like yet you don’t know anybody with them 3. Next if you started to think of past relationships that went sour and you thought to yourself all the negative things you didn’t like now, take that same negative list and start to list their complete opposite of positive values and qualities onto your list 4. Review your list on occasion and when you are dating remember to refer to your list to remind yourself that you are valuable and you deserve all your needs and wants on that list.
